First and foremost, the agency's creative team blew me away with their innovative ideas. They took the time to thoroughly understand my company's goals and target audience, and then crafted compelling and visually stunning campaigns that perfectly captured our brand essence. Disruptive Advertising has been our ads partner for nearly 2 years. We started with just Google ads, but we have recently added Meta advertising and occasional email advertising support. The team that manages our accounts is phenomenal and we love how they all work together to create a cohesive marketing strategy across platforms. Communication is top notch. We truly feel like a valued partner and appreciate how well our account managers know our brand. We have worked with other agencies in the past, and won't ever go back.

I debated leaving a review but after uncovering more and more mistakes, I felt I had to let others know. We had a pretty bad experience right from the start with Disruptive. Calls were disorganized and account management was subpar. We ran into major issues with both campaign structure and management where UTMs weren't implemented after providing the exact URL with tracking, DSA campaigns were launched to the wrong site and ran for 5 days, we gave ad copy suggestions for the PMAX campaigns and none were implemented, we noted which search terms we'd like added as negatives and none were added to the account..the list goes on. We finally had to start managing the account ourselves to get anything done. I would advise anyone to think twice before signing with this agency, they market themselves as experts but their actions say otherwise. If you are unfamiliar with ad accounts and how campaigns work, you may be getting taken advantage of because they clearly aren't doing everything they're saying they are.

A lot of talk, NO ACTION. We were really patient with this team, yet about 40% of what was discussed was actually followed through on. We're finding now that most of the contract wasn't fulfilled upon, especially on the content and SEM side. We had continual interventions with the account management lead there, and other higher managers on the team but they are all talk and no action. Nothing promised was followed through on and the team was continually not careful, jeapordizing our accounts and business. The worst part? We thought we departed amicably with a 30-day transition period where they were going to "maintain business as usual." However, in that time, they didn't finalize setting up SEM campaigns promised almost a month prior, they went way over in our LinkedIn spend and content deliverables were sent over at a mediocre quality at best, and not in full. I think we got 4 pieces of content which was way below our promised goal and none have been used because they were so poorly written. Stay far away from this agency. They even had the audacity to mention our company's "name" in response to my team member's complaint. Call us out, that's fine. But that isn't professional, which pretty much sums up this company's work ethic and integrity. Zero.
